My plan today was to have the the older kids help one youger child with puzzles. The big ones we all excited and did a wonderful job. As they left my room I gave the older kids two suckers-one for them selves and one for the person they helped. Think the pictures speak for themselves.

Sandy, I LOVE THIS!!! What a wonderful idea! I am sure that the older kids felt helpful and important while making the younger kids feel special and loved. This is an excellent activity! I also LOVE the fact that you gave the older kids 2 suckers as a tangible reinforcement of the blessing and responsibility that goes along with helping and teaching a little one. EXCELLENT!!!
